How To Transfer Recordings
It's easy.- Make sure your iPhone (or iPod) is awake, is talking to your local Wi-Fi network (e.g., your AirPort or other Wi-Fi router), is not in AirPlane Mode, and is running iTalk.
- Launch iTalk Sync on your Mac or PC.
- If iTalk Sync finds more than one iPhone (or iPod) running iTalk, it will display a list. Choose your iPhone (or iPod) from the list.
- Your iPhone (or iPod) will display a message asking permission to connect to iTalk Sync. Tap Yes.
- iTalk Sync will display a list of recordings saved on that iPhone (or iPod). To transfer a recording to your computer, simply drag it from the list to your desktop or into a folder on your computer.
- Recordings are saved as high-quality AIFF files that can be played in iTunes (and many other media players), or converted to MP3, or further edited using sound-editing software.
