For a limited time, we are offering Free Ground Shipping to orders shipped within the continental US for order totals at or over $10.

(Shipping discount is applied to the order total after any coupon codes or other discounts.)

Domestic Shipping

Orders generally ship the same day, if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 3:00pm CST. We cannot however, guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select. We will make every effort to send out your order as quickly as possible, however part or all of your order may be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog.

International Shipping

Griffin Technology does not guarantee delivery to, or process orders from, some countries. If you have any questions, please contact our Shipping Department. We apologize for any inconvenience.

International orders generally ship within 2 business days, if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 3:00pm CST. We cannot however, guarantee your order will ship the same day.

Customs Duties and Taxes: Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government.

Customs Value: Griffin Technology is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.

UPS Next Day

• Next-business-day delivery by 5 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 6:30 to rural areas.
• Monday-Friday
• Available throughout all 50 states (not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii).

UPS 2nd Day

• By 6:00 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences)
• Monday-Friday
• Available throughout all 50 states.
• Delivery to some rural areas of Alaska and ZIP codes in Hawaii in 3 business days.

UPS Ground

• 1-5 business days within the contiguous U.S.
• 3-7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
• Monday-Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day.
• Available throughout all 50 states.
• UPS Ground cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

International Express

• Via UPS
• International shipping generally takes 3-5 business day’s once it has shipped.
